Affectionately known as Grumpy because he looked like a grumpy old man as a small kitten. What a fantastic cat he has turned out to be though.. I just cannot say enough good things about this wonderful boy.
Grumpy is the largest male from this litter with a huge chunky frame which no picture seems to capture quite right. He is a deep mahogany rufous ( bobcat) red on his guarded outer coat with his soft under downy coat being a mousy brown, he has a very well marked short to medium coat with wonderful random spotting and feels soft to the touch more like that of wild rabbit fur. He has big fleshy straight feet with four toes all round and a natural bobcat tail of 3 inches. His well developed muscular stature is enhanced by his broad chest and heavy boning, short strong neck leading down to wide prominent shoulders and deep torso, this look is carried on through to his wild looking face due to the longer hair on the side of his face like that of a bobcat ruff.
He has flat menacing gooseberry green eyes with a huge hooded brow, big broad muzzle with a great fuzzy chin and has a large wide nose leather, his cupped ears are well set with short black tips to them and he has such presences he could be the king of the jungle walking around but he is just a great big pussy cats. He is a loving big teddy bear that just wants to be with you where ever you are, he is never stand offish and chooses loving over everything including food at feeding time, he knows he can eat when your gone doing something else and makes the most of every second spent in your company!
His looks and type plus his outstanding pedigree means this show quality male will be one of my main stud cats.
